In three online modules you will get up to speed with SWP in the most efficient way – independent from your location. Supported by an excellent mix of teachers and best practices in the field, you will learn how to shape your future workforce.
Starting with the value and purpose of strategic workforce planning in the context of the existing management processes, you will get a concrete toolbox that you can apply for your own organisation. This transfer will be supported through a one-on-one tutoring session.
The course consists of two 60-minute sessions, in addition to a 90-minute 1:1 tutoring session.
