The KMU Planungsrechner (SME Planning Calculator) is an entry-level strategic workforce planning solution for small and mid-size companies, developed by Dynaplan together with DGFP, IBE and other contributors. As maintenance of the planning model ended in 2018, Dynaplan offers a free upgrade to HR Match, including import of data from your SME Planning Calculator models.

The information needed for strategic workforce planning processes is often distributed among several stakeholders. That is, not all information is available to central planners in the desired quality. Regional planners usually have better knowledge about demand and supply drivers regarding their specific region. However, collecting and consolidating this information is a time-consuming and error-prone process.

This version improves on the data upload and download feature, allowing you to more easily keep your data between versions (provided the metadata is unchanged). Input performance has been increased significantly with the new manual calculation mode. We have also added a network assistant to help you get online, an offline mode for when you can’t, and many other new features and improvements.
